Umpqua Bank Marketing Campaign Project Manager - Portland in Portland, Oregon

In this role, you will work for one of the most well-regarded financial services brands in the U.S. is seeking an experienced and high-performing Campaign Project Manager. The ideal candidate will help ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets, critical to bringing Marketing engagement strategies to life.

The Campaign Project Manager will possess excellent communications skills, a passion for optimizing workflows and budgets, and a track record of shepherding diverse projects with multiple stakeholders and contributors to the finish line. You will help mature production processes to ensure Marketing campaigns meet evolving e-commerce business goals.

As part of the Marketing Digital Engagement Team, you will partner with content, marketing, brand experience and digital strategists; internal executives and compliance stakeholders; and third-party producers to manage requirements, processes, timelines and deliverables. Your contribution will ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns that meet Marketing objectives for Consumer and Wholesale lines of business.

Functions

  • Drive the production of campaign assets for print, email, HubSpot, UmpquaBank.com, Google Display network, digital store displays, social media and mobile applications.

  • Partner with Digital Engagement, Brand and Analytics stakeholders to coordinate Consumer, Wholesale and Wealth Marketing Strategy campaign kickoffs and confirm creative, distribution, performance and measurement requirements.

  • Identify appropriate freelance and/or agency creative talent and manage corresponding SOWs and invoicing.

  • Monitor asset reviews with stakeholders to earn final approvals; deliver final assets to publishers; and archive assets according to pre-planned schedules.

  • Responsible for tracking campaign timelines and budget requirements.

  • Partner with Marketing and enterprise executives to distribute, integrate and update campaign materials for employees, locations and digital experience channels.

  • Facilitate insights gathering and optimization activities based on performance analysis.

  • Coordinate incoming digital project requests and current project traffic to align with established business goals.

  • Review marketing collateral for accuracy.

  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position, and keep up to date on regulation changes.

  • Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of modern project management methodologies and best practices to streamline processes.

  • 4+ years proven experience as a digital (and print) marketing project manager.

  • 2+ years using an enterprise project management software platform, like Wrike, and ability to learn and evaluate new technologies.

  • Digital marketing expertise and knowledge deploying marketing automation campaigns and/or strong understanding of digital lead nurturing strategy.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills (verbal and written) and a self-starter, customer-first approach.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), MS Outlook, computer software and online applications.

  • Ability to successfully work onsite in a team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management or a related field.
